At Linens Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bedding or bath essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the linens are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
